Sent in an inquiry about a pre-own BMW X3 online, and got an email from Malick Faye. Malick was very straight forward, friendly and easy to deal with. He even gave me the broken-down costs of the vehicle in the email. Went in for the test drive and instead found a better price on a brand new 2017 BMW X3, without the unnecessary options. Paperwork was provided with time to read and no pressure to sign. I was referred by a friend to this dealership and in particular to Rahmi (now I know why he referred me). Rahmi was very knowledgeable about all of the BMW products and very patient with me to find the right car. Once I decided on the specific options I wanted, he and his manager worked very hard to get the car I wanted. Rahmi is no pressure and definitely the right advisor for me. I moved out here in 2008. I tried a couple different dealerships (Richmond, Fairfax) before trying BMW Alexandria. I'm thoroughly content with my salesperson. If you are looking for a car, ask for Paul Blakeman. I've had nothing but excellent exchanges with him. I've now performed 3 transactions through Paul, and look forward to more in the future! Paul wasn't the only person that assisted me in my most recent purchase. The Finance person and the BMW Genius Client Advisor were also great to work with.

Paul Blakeman is an excellent representative to deal with. He listened to us and provided a series of options that were exactly what we wanted with no outsell pressure. Our entire experience was great there, as everyone tolerated our children and addressed our needs. We should also single out Hakim Hashimi, who somehow made the issue of paying for the car a painless and seamless experience. The whole team at BMW of Alexandria deserves kudos and we won't hesitate to recommend them.

I went with my son and wife to a new dealership we knew nothing about. He was buying his first car. Jeff Rodriguez was wonderful. He was patient, understanding and not pushy. We spoke with other customers and heard only good things about the dealership. Once he made his choice, we felt the price was fair, service was quick, and prep was excellent. I only hope the service department continues to impress.
