I had been researching low-mileage BMW 2016 cars, and visited two other BMW dealerships in the DC area (there are quite a few within a 50 mile radius). Paul Blakeman provided an excellent experience. This is my first BMW purchase and it went exceptionally well. I was shown a couple of different versions of the X1 I was interested in. Would definitely buy another vehicle from BMW Alexandria again.

Paul Blakeman was straightforward and professional. He didn't try to upsell the product or engage in any pressure tactics. He offered a fair price and closed the deal in record time. The product itself is, of course, extraordinary, but Paul made the experience easy and stress free. Went to the dealership on New Year's Eve with the intention of picking up some information on car leasing and ended up leasing an X1 that day! Have to credit Leigh Ross for that. He was the consummate professional - knowledgeable about both the cars and the leasing program. Found a 2011 328xi online and walked into BMW of Alexandria, VA with the intent to purchase a car that day. Was helped immediately by Jeff Rodriguez. Jeff Rodriguez is an exceptional sales professional. I bought a 328ix on a Thursday then decided I wanted a different 328ix that was fully loaded.
