I bought a BMW 335i from Carmax and within the year of purchase the vehicle broke down while on my way to work. Since I had purchased the extended service plan I decided to take it to BMW of Alexandria for service as I have been doing for regular maintenance. The Service department gave me an estimate of the repair and since the car had Carmax' extended warranty, I thought that fixing it shouldn't be a problem. but after almost a week of jumping through hoops with Carmax, I decided to ask BMW for a trade in.
