I came to BMW of Alexandria "just looking" and ended up walking out with a brand new 3 series thanks to the service I received from Paul and his team. The negotiations required some back and forth, but ultimately I was happy with the price I was offered for my trade-in as well as my new car. It was a joy dealing with Paul Blakeman as my sales associate. Having purchased a pre-owned car for the first time, I was a bit paranoid about the whole experience and had too many questions and requests. But, Paul was very patient in addressing all my questions and concerns. He was never pushy and I would definitely rate this as one of my most pleasant car buying experience. I bought my used Lexus ES330 and the guy who assisted me (Pual Blakeman) was so nice and easy to dealt with. There is no hidden cost just straight forward. The car was so nice, but after bringing it home found some dent on it, but Paul take care of it. I was so happy I bought my car with this dealership, their service was spectacular. Paul Blakeman lived up to his claim that he was there to be "my car guy." Paul has been very friendly and open with this sale. He gave all information about the car and made sure I knew what I was buying and the different options I had with my budget in hand.
