I actually inquired about a vehicle via the internet and received a call from Paul Blakeman in a matter of minutes. Paul was VERY helpful and worked a deal allowing me to stay within my budget of purchasing a vehicle for my wife. I even got great recommendations on good restaurants in the area :). Paul is definitely my car guy and I will be seeing him again in the VERY near future when it's time to purchase a new car for myself :)

We had a wonderful experience at the dealership. Paul was personable, knowledgeable, and truly a nice guy! He understood our needs and got us into a new car extremely fast! We were able to make it home in time to see the football game (he knew that was important to us and he delivered!) He was very candid and didn't fit the typical "car salesman" stereotypes. Good experience the salesman did a great job. We were disappointed in the trade in price offer on our 2004 Acura TL. Much lower than Kelly or Edmunds trade in Value, Carmax had our car with 20,000 more in mileage retail for $14,900.
Paul hustled to show us 5 cars after we walked in, although he already had customers. He made everything quick and efficient. He was a good negotiator but gave us a good deal.
Paul was great and incredibly helpful. I actually purchased the vehicle while I was still overseas and Paul took care of all the paperwork which involved Fedexing documents back and forth. Before that I had only met him once. Therefore, if I can buy a vehicle from 7000 miles away without any problems, it just shows how flexible, and trustworthy Paul and BMW Alexandria is.
We walked in not sure what we wanted but Paul took the time to walk us through our options. We were able to negotiate a nice deal on a barely used 2009 135i. Overall the experience with Paul during the sale was great. We did have to come back to pick up the car and, as discussed, brought a personal check. The finance representative would not accept this since he wanted a bank check- after a discussion about our options, this individual did not seem willing to help us in taking the car home.
