I visited this dealership today to have a look at the 2013 X5 s and drove out with a brand new SUV. It was a great pleasure to meet Paul Blakeman and Ilgan Birgin. They were both very professional and knowledgable about the sales process. I would recommend this dealership to everyone!

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I felt as though the customer service was excellent. Paul, my salesman, spent a lot of time with me as I prepared to purchase my BMW 128i Coupe. While I waited for the car to arrive to the dealership, he sent me emails to let me know where the car was in the import process.

I recently met with Paul regarding a new BMW 328. He was exceptionally professional, courteous, and quite knowledgeable when it came to the car, the features, and experience. At no point that I any pressure to buy -- it was quite an educational process for me to learn more about the car and the experience of dealing with a professional like Paul.

We worked with Paul from the test drive phase through the purchase of our new car. Paul was friendly, informative and professional in all our interactions including over the phone, via email and in person. There is a BMW dealership closer to us but we chose to drive the extra distance and work with Paul.

They were terrific. The gave me a fantastic price that I couldn't refuse. They didn't have the car I wanted in stock so they ordered it and gave me the price I wanted. No back and forth. The entire process took 10 minutes! I have officially switched dealerships and now I am a BMW of Alexandria customer.

I visited BMW of Alexandria on 1/25/12 to check out their lineup of used BMW sedans.
