The deal I got from them was so awesome. The purchase experience was so cool. The manager came to me and thanked me for purchasing the car there. Paul the sales person helped me so much for leaning every bottom of my new lovely X5. Even though the sales is finish, still whenever I call him, he answers me right away and asnwer every single question that I have. IF you want to get the best deal, go to him.
I knew what I want. I told Paul what I want. Paul was quick, efficient, pulled up the car I wanted, gave me a test drive, and then gave me the bottom-line price. The price he offered is the price I accepted. The folks at Alexandria were honest, trustworthy, and a pleasure to work with. I hope this will be the first of many cars I buy from them.
The atmosphere and sales staff were very welcoming and helpful. Paul was willing to help me in every way he could to make the deal happen and make me comfortable with the decision. I purchased a car with a Manual transmission and Paul was nice enough to help me learn to drive it. He has gone above and beyond the typical sales associate. Great service!
I met Paul through an Internet quote request for a new X3. I had been working with BMW of Sterling (who were very professional as well), and only came to see Paul when he offered to give me a very attractive price. I was looking for a BMW last year (2011) and worked with Paul Blakeman but could not pull the trigger because of the inadequate cup holders. Well... 2012 came around and with the new improvements in the 2012 BMW I called Paul again. He stood out on our initial meeting as being extremely professional so I went back to him almost a year later and walked out with a new 2012 3 series.
I was impressed with Paul's attitude and sincerity when putting together the deal on a BMW convertible. I have bought and sold several vehicles in my time and at no time have I had a salesman as honest as Paul. There was no back and forth with a manager on price. He simply gave me what I wanted and was fair. I'll recommend Paul to friends when they mention wanting a bimmer in their driveway.
I had been looking for a fun weekend convertible for over a year and had not found what I was looking for! Customer Service:The service I had done on the car was done in a day, with a loaner car which was a real convenience. Quality of work: I had a coating put on the car.
