We loved working with Paul at BMW of Alexandria - he made it such an enjoyable experience to buy our new BMW. We looked at a range of other cars, but no other dealership was so easy to work with. No weird "I'll have to talk to my manager" stunts when we talked price, just honest and easy to get the car we wanted. And he even advised us to go with the cheaper option!
Sales representative made getting a new car a simple and pleasant experience. Knowledgeable and with some simple questions understood the type and kind of vehicle I was looking for. Patient, friendly and explained everything clearly. I did not have to have to go through much stress researching and comparison shopping as the first test drive was enough to verify that they understood me and had what I needed. Probably one of the easiest and trouble-free purchases I've ever had.
My wife and I actually travelled to northern Virginia to look at pre-owned BMW's because it was her wish to drive a BMW. BMW of Alexandria was the second dealership we visited after checking inventories on-line and researching various products over a period of a couple of months. What a great experience at BMW of Alexandria. The whole staff was friendly and both the salesman and sales manager were a pleasure with which to work. The individual in the business office sped me through the process so that I was in and out of there in under an hour. Much appreciated.
Paul Blakeman offered quick, friendly service for my wife and I during our several visits to BMW of Alexandria.
