Avoid this place. I would give ZERO stars but I don't see that as an available option. This dealership provided the absolute WORST service we have ever experienced at any car dealership. We recently moved to this area and had a service light on our BMW. I called and made an appointment and was told that the morning was the best time to come because the wait would not be as long. First was told there was an allocation for an X6 M50 and placed a deposit. Andri never got back to me and when he finally did he said they didn’t have an allocation. I was being dodged on purpose. Went back for an X3 M40 for my wife, the representative stopped responding and when I finally got a hold of someone the vehicle on lot I was going to purchase was sold. This place doesn’t care about customers now because it’s a sellers market but the tables will turn. Remember how they treat us when they don’t need us.
"Didn’t get back a response after I submitted an appraisal..." Didn’t get back a response after I submitted an appraisal from that salesperson and/or dealership. Not a good customer service strategy. At least have the decency to follow up with the customer. Disappointed!

"Worst customer service experience. Five months after..." Worst customer service experience. Five months after buyer an X5 M I still don't have my license plates. No one answers my calls or returns my calls. Avoid these guys at all costs - plenty of other places to get BMWs from.
