Won’t go back. My brake light came on so I stopped by to make an appointment. Several reps were sitting alone at desks or visiting with each other but no one greeted me, said hello, or asked if they could help for about ten minutes. I finally spoke with one rep who set up an appointment nine days later to have my brake pads replaced. Same deal when I brought the car back for the appointment- no greeting, no welcome, no recognition. Made an appointment for 1 new tire after blowout. Confirmed correct tire on phone. BMW then installed the WRONG non-RF tire, when I had previously CONFIRMED they had ordered a RF tire. Service Advisor Michael apologized and told me they would take care of this. Now, they are demanding I pay for the whole tire that was supposed to have been installed in the first place. Yes it took my BMW in for the first time and I said fix everything it was $7,000 and it breaks down on the highway I towed in didn't they do some more work $4,000 now it's dead again very dissatisfied it was come up with a stupid reason why it's not working anyway I would not recommend you taking your vehicle to them they have a sorry xxx excuses and they want to review they don't know what service is
Excellent service combined with a very knowledgeable and professional salesperson Nick made ordering and purchasing a brand new 2022 X6 extremely easy and fun. From start to finish they provided all the support I needed to make this a dealership I would undoubtedly recommend to anyone inside or outside the state of Colorado. Definitely do business with them again.

What a great experience! We first used the service department at Winslow for a BMW we already owned. They were so good to work with, we decided to buy our X5 from Winslow. We look forward to continuing our relationship - in fact, we have an M4 on order now.

"I negotiated a price with Neill Erdossy for a new BMW..." I negotiated a price with Neill Erdossy for a new BMW X3M40i. After we agreed on a price, I told him to add the extended warranty to the price. I then gave Neill a deposit. After I got the paperwork I decided I did not need the extra warranty. Neill told me he would not do the deal without the warranty. I did not get a great price in the first place but wanted the car. Long story short, I walked away from the deal. "We purchased a 2016 used BMW X5 from Winslow about a year..." We purchased a 2016 used BMW X5 from Winslow about a year and a half ago and was happy with our purchase at the time. Yesterday while driving down the highway, they moon roof exploded with a gapping hole and glass everywhere. I had my 20 month old in the car and I am currently pregnant. "Poor customer service, xxxx poor response times." We are on our 6th BMW, love the vehicles. When we arrived in Colorado Springs and had our cars serviced, M2 and 328iX, we were impressed how the Winslow BMW treated us. However, we when asked about an extended service warranty on our 328 when we took the car in for a noise coming from the front brakes, the car was looked at and we were told the brakes were within specs and there was nothing to be fixed.
