I liked not having to deal with a pushy salesman. Darren gave me all the info I needed, was accommodating with my requests and made my purchase an easy and quick process.

This is the worst BMW dealership I've ever visited. Service was TERRIBLE. Returned car with more than $1000 of "extra" unapproved work -- fully felt taken advantage of as a woman... it's everything you worry about going to a service center. I hoped having a female service advisor would mitigate that -- but she was more dreadful than any man I've ever worked with. I asked to have manager call me and no one did. Made the entire buying process very easy and low threat from ordering through driving off the lot. I’m always prepared for some shady business when purchasing a car, but this place was extremely transparent. Service is great here too. Everyone is friendly, and responsive. I highly recommend this dealership if you’re in the market for a BMW. Drew was a great, accommodating salesman.

I’m at wits end with these guys… Our 2012 BMW X3 came up for service and had a brake sensor light, an adaptive headlight error, an antifreeze leak and needed an oil change. We schedule an appointment and then went in with Bryce to discuss all the things wrong. They had the car for a couple weeks and it cost us around $2500 for service. I didn’t have issue with the price as long as it was fixed. Immediately on getting it back we noticed it was dripping oil in the driveway And emailed them… That’s something it never did before... read more
Honestly, this is the first time a dealership has ever made us feel so comfortable with our purchase. Drew was awesome from the time we came just to look. He let us be freely talking amongst eachother with no pressure. And was able to answer any and every question we had! Having him on your team is great!!! That is a huge plus!!!
