Otto's has excellent customer service. My client advisor Brian Dipaolo found me a used car that met all of my needs and wants. I had an excellent experience buying my car from Otto’s and working with Lauren. We basically did the deal over the phone, and Lauren was fabulous. She is very professional and knowledgeable and pays attention to every detail. She agreed to meet me half way to pick up my car. She had all the paper work ready, and it went very smoothly. I would definitely by another car from Lauren. I’ve bought many BMW’s over the years and dealt with many different dealerships. This one was definitely an excellent experience.
