Ralph is responsive, extremely knowledgeable, not only about the vehicle itself, but in walking me through the entire process. I had an excellent experience buying my car from Otto’s and working with Lauren. We basically did the deal over the phone, and Lauren was fabulous. She is very professional and knowledgeable and pays attention to every detail. She agreed to meet me half way to pick up my car. She had all the paper work ready, and it went very smoothly. I would definitely by another car from Lauren. I’ve bought many BMW’s over the years and dealt with many different dealerships. This one was definitely an excellent experience.

I only ever want to deal with Ian and Bill: they treat me me with great respect and care for my needs and wants. These 2 gentlemen are a true credit to Otto's BMW.
