"Quality service and experience even during crisis" Ordering a new vehicle is always fun but the pandemic made delivery wait time longer than normal. Ian stayed connected with me all throughout March and April until the new delivery date! On pick up day, he took the time to demonstrate the cool new features and help me program the car for a ready to go experience. Ian always delivers on quality service and so does Otto's!

"Great Experience" During the shutdown, I found the model I was looking for on Otto's website. I contacted the dealership, landed on a fair price and they held it for me for almost a month until we could finish things. The sales service was great, very responsive and helpful. A great experience.

"Excellent customer service" I had a fantastic buying experience at Otto's Ian makes you feel like family, he's very detailed oriented and he made sure I got a great deal. Once the sale was made he noticed a little ding in the car and he made sure it was fixed. Mohammad was excellent showing me things in the car and spending all the time I needed, he even reached out to assist me when he was off. When you have workers like that it makes you want to be a repeat customer and share you experience with your friends.

"Excellent cuatomer service" I just had to add on to my previous post, I had an appointment before the dealership shut down which they called my to reschedule on April 1st. When I arrived it took longer than I expected but I understood with them being careful and keeping ever safe. "Excellent cuatomer service" My salesman Ian was the best salesman I've ever had and I have had a lot, He makes you feel like you matter to him not just as for a sale, We worked out a good deal without any pressure and he even reached out after the sale to make sure I was ok. You can't ask for more than that from a salesman.
