"Tremendous service" I could not be happier with the service I received. Robert Madden was diligent in putting me in the perfect car. He listened to my needs, treated me with respect, and was a pleasure to work with. Noel in Finance was completely thorough when I received my vehicle and was the utmost professional. I cannot stress enough how impressed I am with Otto's BMW. My experience could not have gone better!

"Great experience!" My experience at Otto’s BMW was excellent and even pleasant. I had to buy a new car after a rather bad accident in which I lost my car. I was relatively new to this area and a bit clueless about car buying other than all the horror stories that exist about car dealers and salespeople. "Second vehicle bought, client for almost 7 years" Otto's BMW has sold me two vehicles, an X1 and now an X3 and both the sales and staff service has been excellent. "Purchase of certified pre-owned M3" I have bought two vehicles at this dealership and used them for all maintenance since 2009 on three four different 3-series sedans. Service has always been great. The experience of the recent purchase was also great, especially considering that they are operating under strict guidelines for COVID-19. Ian Martin was my sales rep.
