"Very pleasant experience" Wil re Rodriguez made our car buying experience a pleasure. "Perfect" This is our 5th X3. The last 4 have been from Otto's. Each purchase has been handled by Scott Gately and with the last 2, it has been a matter of a phone call and he picks it out because he knows our auto likes/needs. Done deal. Perfect.
