He went above and beyond to help me get the car I wanted at a great price with excellent financing the next day. I had to have a car before the stores Covid-19 shutdown. He made it happen. The whole process today from financing to a run through of the vehicle exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend Scott and Otto’s for anyone looking to buy a quality vehicle. "Very pleasant experience" Wil re Rodriguez made our car buying experience a pleasure. "Perfect" This is our 5th X3. The last 4 have been from Otto's. Each purchase has been handled by Scott Gately and with the last 2, it has been a matter of a phone call and he picks it out because he knows our auto likes/needs. Done deal. Perfect.
