"An excellent experience" I found my experience with Otto's BMW excellent. I stated the type of automobile I was looking for and Justice M. provided me with all the details. He was quick to respond to any and all questions that I had during the process. The pick-up experience was easy and hassle free (no pressure to upgrade items as I've experienced in the past from other dealerships). "Great Buying Experience" I recently purchased my car from Jay Miller just prior to COVID-19. And I had a great experience with everyone from the people at the front desk greeting me to the sales purchase as well as financing and the genius was very informative, even though my wife and daughter had to leave during the lesson to get the baby home for a nap.
