Heath was my sales rep for my newest vehicle and Frank A is my service rep. Once I had an opportunity to get acclimated with my new vehicle, Jesse met with me a few weeks later to answer all my questions. He's very professional and patient (I had a lot of questions!) "Our second purchase in less then A year!" This past summer we wanted a used convertible, and Otto's had the right model on the floor in color, mileage, and amenities. So when we wanted to replace my husband's SUV for a better ride, economy, and class, we once more found the ideal vehicle at Otto's. We did some comparison shopping, and the X7 was the right model for our needs. We love the ride, the color- inside and out - and all the details BMW has included in this new model. Our sales staff was excellent, also!
