"Excellent Buying Experience" We found an X3 we were interested in doing an internet search. Since we live 400+ miles from Otto's we contacted Justice Mogano by phone. He was extremely helpful, answering all of our questions and sending pictures in a very timely manner. Justice also arranged delivery of the X3 to Michigan. It arrived in excellent condition. We couldn't be more satisfied with our Otto's experience.

"good buying experience with no pressure" I was looking for a used X3 and found one at Otto's. The sales people were helpful without pressure to buy and were there anytime I had a question. Delivery was easy with basic instruction given on the car's operating systems. I know I can go back with any questions or problems.
