"A Wonderful Experience" This was our first experience with BMW. By far, for my husband and I - this was our best car buying experience ever. "Service and Parts" Went in for some help with the car technology that I didn’t know how to use. Jesse was very patient and took the time to explain everything. Also needed some touch up paint. Anthony in parts was also very helpful and knowledgeable. Ottos never disappoints.
