Service recall and account info I had to get a recall done on my vehicle and dealer did great. The only negative thing I have is that service can sometimes be hard to get a hold of. Once I was able to get a hold of someone, I asked to update my account With a new vehicle. Once I got there, all the info in my account was incorrect. The Name, phone and address was incorrect and I basically took my vehicle into service as the previous owner. So if you guys can update my account that would be great.
Paid full for service that wasn?t completed I took my car in for an alignment because vehicle was pulling slightly toward the right, after waiting for 4hrs the service rep returned to inform be that they were unable to make any adjustments to my car being that the tie-rod end was rusted/locked up. I was charged the full price for the alignment without any adjustments made on my car only to put my car on the alignment machine and for a courtesy wash. BMW SERVICE NASHVILLE Waited 2.5hrs when told I would wait less than an hour. My guess is they didnt want to supply a loaner. Some sort of software upgrade. Wiped out all settings including bluetooth. No heads up..found out as I drove off. Love my BMW..will buy another come Nov. but not from Nashville location.
sevice apt I only got an oil change at my 20,000 mile service. I think I should have had an air filter replaced or checked and brake and transmission fluids checked, maybe a tire rotation, and who knows what else. Ive checked my owners manual and it tells nothing about what should happen at each serve apt. I've called back 5 times can not get anyone to call me back and explain.
Scam artists The cost for a brake job was COMPLETELY ridiculous, they tried to up sell me on part to a total of almost 5,000.00 for a brake job and 600.00 they wanted to charge me just to look at and tell me I needed a new headlight and amplifier that blew out for the second time? I went to another repair shop that charged me less than half the price to get the job done including the headlight. BMW of NASHVILLE is a complete rip off and I will never go to them for repairs ever again.
Poor service was sold a vehicle that was sold to another customer! I have been working with this dealership for about 3 weeks and I have to say I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of customer service I have received. This has been by far the worst experience of my life. I finally decide on a vehicle and pay the down payment they take my money and tell me will let me know when the vehicle will be delivered. Disappointing finish to a good start Our salesman was very nice. We are satisfied with the vehicle/value we received. (Well except for the fact that the Acura we bought only has ONE key. ONE. And we didn't find that out until AFTER we signed the paperwork) But what we really didn't like is the extensive amount of time we were forced to wait to buy the car. Unprofessional I came in for an oil and filter change. The guy behind the counter was going to charge me$151.00 plus tax for that service. I just so happen to look on the website and noticed BMW was running a special for the same service I was getting for $89.99. Not once did this guy offer me the special. I had to bring it to his attention. I think that was awful of him and BMW not letting customers know about a special deal if it pertains to them. I will not be returning for any other services.
Terrible customer service in service department My service representative Kenneth did not return my call timely. It took 2.5 hours to change 1 tire. I was not provided a copy of paperwork. The brand was not represented well by the service department.
