BUYER BEWARE BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Internet dept tells several lies. Requested to speak with sales manager. Had salesman call me back playing as a manager. Pricing was not explained correctly at the time. Car is on the lot with unsafe tires but being retailed instead of wholesale. Major safety issue..... PROCEED WITH CAUTION UPDATE!!! Not Taking Adequate COVID-19 Precautions! This business does not require masks for its customers. Employees had masks, but few were actually wearing them or wearing them correctly. I had to be close to numerous unmasked individuals in order to claim my car, despite the fact that I?d paid online. Ridiculous!

Insult after injury Even though I was insulted by Adam when he asked me if I had drug dealing income as a black customer I was willing to let that go, but now I?m in Florida with my new vehicle at the Lexus dealership where I?ve been informed that the rotors should have been replaced and they used after market brake pads. It?s going to cost me $1200 to fix the heinous noise it was making. Failure to notify They had my car Over the weekend to service and quoted me $3800 after taxes. Picked up the vehicle Saturday to find out the bill was over $4200. Did not notify me that there would be any other charges. My advisor was not there To tell me what was going on, his coworker left a note for him to contact me. I?ve yet to be contacted. I?ve called and left a message and no answer back. Would not recommend service at this dealership.
Update - Still biggest regret of 2020 Just an update on my previous review listing out the ridiculousness in selling a vehicle that has limited features due to the seller not reaching out to the OEM, leaving a rental company’s telematics system in the vehicle, and an associate that was rude/belittling. They commented on my review saying to give a call which was encouraging! My Biggest Regret of 2020 I am disappointed with my overall experience at this dealership. I debated on writing a negative review over the past three months as it is not something I typically go out of my way to do, but after paying $400 just to be able to use features on the car that I bought and own; I felt I should share.
