BMW Customer Car Repair Saturday morning. I brought my car into the service department due to my AC not working. The first thing I heard (KEN) "well, I hope it's not what I'm thinking. Another customer came in the same concern about their AC and a rock had gotten up in the space and knocked a hole in the (?) and caused all of the Anti-Freeze to leak out. Buying Experience I have bought 3 cars in the last two years from another dealership and compared to the experience at BMW, they received between 3-4 stars. The service at BMW was horrible, the car was not clean in the inside, look like they had received it in, vacuumed the floors and nothing more.. Behind the back seats were paper and trash and gum stuck to the carpet. There is no way the car had been inspected because it needed rotors and tires. Bad experience I had the opportunity to talk with the dealership about potentially buying a used vehicle from this dealership. A deal was made and paperwork was pending for the next day. I even made an offer to put in a deposit to hold the vehicle for me. I contacted the representative first thing in the morning to make sure the deal is finalized and possibly put in a deposit. Don't believe anything they SAY !!! Promised me a car but after driving 150 miles to get it found out they sold it 2 hours before I was supposed to pick it up..Hard to believe. The dollar is worth more than a customer to them. I will never contact them again.

can't get a 2nd key while wife is away training Apparently i can't get a 2nd key made even though i'm paying for it and it costs 500 dollars. ALOT of money. My wife's name is the only one on registration and she's currently out of state training for a few weeks so there's no way to contact her like they want. Even if i had her license, she needs to "add" me to her account, even though we never bought our BMW from this dealership originally. One of the worst experiences I've ever had Though I love my X3, I would never recommend buying a car from this dealership. Almost a year later, I still only have one key to my car because they've failed to provide a second one as promised... they mishandled my trade-in and it ended up at a towing lot and I received a certified letter, and the salesman also failed to return my parking pass (valued at about $400) as promised.
