What a waste of time! It took almost two full business days for the dealership to even respond with next steps. When they did, the eventual appraisal for my highly doserable trade-in was thousands less than similar cars. Not at all impressed with the curt demeanor from the client advisor. Expected considerably more from a BMW dealer.

Never Again I had to have two major repairs (greater than $2,500 each) within 4 months on my X5 3.0d that had less than 40,000 miles. These were both emission control equipment related. I find this unbelievable from a company that claims to be a premier engineering company - what a load of crap! To insult to injury the dealer attempted to charge more tha 20% more for the replacement parts than I could them for from another BMW dealer! Unbelievable, so would I own a BMW or have it serviced at BMW of Nashville- NEVER AGAIN!

Review Felt the service done was very expensive and some services unnecessary. When labor charges exceed the cost of parts and labor charged is excessive you will have a problem maintaining my business The mileage reading for when the next service is due was not reset

Buying experience at dealership Buying process takes too long. I was there all day until almost closing. Really came close to backing out and going elsewhere. Should not take all day!

High Bill with No Car Wash I was called in for a complimentary inspection that includes a complimentary car wash. I had to be at work by 10am and they insisted that I still book the appointment because they claim it would take no longer than an hour and a half. So I made the first available appointment (8am). Chris Adams I had an appointment to bring my car in because the yellow engine light was on. It was related to my gas cap being previously not on tight. The service advisor started checking my tires which was not the reason for the appointment. I just wanted the engine light out. I paid the $150 diagnostic fee to have the engine light go out.
