BMW annual oil change My car sat in the service lane over an hour past my scheduled appointment. It was not addressed until Chris asked why it was taking so long. At that point he had to have a loaner car, which was handled well. This was the second time there was a problem with the service department in the last 2 months. The manager contacted me and assured me it will be discussed in a meeting.

Mr. Gary R. Thompson I am very pleased with my service adviser Brad Cochran and the service department as a whole. I was treated with courtesy and professionalism. The washing of my car following service was a nice touch and was appreciated.

Unhappy Not very good this time. Dropped car off night before, had appt, still took them til late next afternoon to get tire replaced.. lack of communication on their behalf as well

Poor customer satisfaction I was trying to finalize a sale on a vehicle, salesman Caleb did not return my calls nor did he follow up with my bank so that I can complete the purchase. The worst of it all is he sold the vehicle that I had a purchase agreement on to purchase. Poor customer follow up and satisfaction. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

BMW NASHVILLE I waited 5 hours for a repair and maintenance so needless to say the labor charge was INSANE! It was over $600 to replace the seatbelt receptacle!

Poor service. Customer last Terrible experience. Service advisor tried to upsell on unneeded service costing an extra $700. Did not tend to my primary concern for bringing the car in for service. When I called to check on status he had disassembled my engine for the unneeded service and had not dealt with the repair that I brought the car in for. Service I had great service and was out ahead of schedule.
Install new airbags It was a good experience. The bad experience is this survey, don,t tell me how many words I can use or not. If all I want to say is "That is was a good experience" then that should be plenty. let the customer say what he or she wants to say in there own short words!

BMW 325i The result of the service engine light coming on was a $7,000 list of repairs that need to be completed in the near future. One such repair was a radiator leak. I refused services at the time to determine which I would prioritize, I expected my fluids to be topped off especially for the leak or at least offer the option to get any fluids replenished until repairs are done.
