Stranded Jack, from service, was extremely helpful with getting our car back on the road. The car broke down while we were visiting from out of town and we were essentially stranded. I am very pleased with the service that BMW of Little Rock provided.

Best ever customer service I love your service this place is awesome as soon as I call they hook me up with car and get busy working on my car . They even let me use their courtesy car till I get the chance to pick up my car.

Fantastic Service Department I have a 22 year old Z3. Many dealerships are not interested in such an old car, and focus on servicing the most recent purchasers first. Not BMW of Little Rock! They treat my car with the same respect as one that just rolled off the lot. Supurb staff, superb facility!
