I was pleasantly surprised at the professional approach Ryan did a great job of helping us select the best vehicle for our needs. He certainly knows the product he sells and is very articulate in explaining each aspect of the vehicle and the deal. He seemed interested in getting us the right car and did so without pressure. Tarik helped finalize it, and Tonya was very helpful in finance. I am very pleased with the X3, with the deal and with the way it all happened.

Such nice people We were traveling cross country 11 hrs to see new twin babies, when our dashboard warned us of engine shutdown. We called BMW Little Rock to leave our car late at night for repair the next morning. What amazing service, we received an immediate morning repair and a free sparkling car wash! They even picked us up from our hotel!!
