Recovered professionals Michael Blann is a fairly new consultant at the dealership and yet, he went above and beyond to recover a sale to me that had headed south due to "items" out of his control. Reg service and some repairs Jack tester was professional and helpful and very nice. I was given a car to drive. Which was very important to me. I do feel like my car should have had gas put in it when I picked it up

Good people, good service department I have purchased two BMW???s from BMW of Little Rock over last six years. Sales staff and other office staff all good people. The rubber meets the road in the service department. This one is first class. They do things on time, and if they run into a timing problem they let you know. Very helpful staff, they don???t mind explaining things in detail. Will buy my next car here, too.
