Listen I had to communicate 3 times to service personnel that I had tire replacement coverage. It all eventually worked out fine but I shouldn???t have had to counter a request for $300 $ that many times. Your staff was very helpful in connecting me to BMW towing services.

I have two BMWs the service department is always on time I have two BMWs this service is always great in fact I was thinking about another car but I knew the service wouldn???t be as good as BMW. I Purchased a 2019 pick up but I know the service Won???t be as good as BMW.
