New Car I purchased the 430I from BMW Little Rock. This was my first BMW. The customer service I experienced here was outstanding. My sales person, Michael, went above and beyond to find exactly the car I wanted, had it shipped to Little Rock in less than a week and made sure I got an amazing deal. Prompt seevice I had to leave my car after hours. The lot was open so I could leave my car in the service area. They had envelopes and a drop box for my keys. When I called the next morning they were already working on it. Very convenient. Very courteous attendant.

Completed Recalls Antwon was amazing from scheduling the appointment all the way to calling me when it was ready for pick up. He even called to inform me of some small minor repairs that needed to be completed eventually and well.

Excellent experience This is our 3rd new BMW from BMW of Little Rock, a 2019 X5. The first 2 were outstanding, and I expect this one will be also!
