Basic maintenance Jack Tester has always taken good care of me; gets me in and out in no time. Service department always on time and does great work. This is my 5th BMW and I will always use this dealership

Good and not so good My service advisor Angie is AWESOME! I've had LR BMW do all of my maintenance on my current vehicle. This last visit, I had a wind noise issue diagnosed and I was given a part number and quote for the fix. The quote was quite high, but given it's at the dealership, I can understand that but the part number for the issue was for the wrong part (I looked up the part number and it was for a front door window instead of a rear door qtr. window. Amazing service I initially came in to get air in my tire but had mentioned that I had to get more air in it every two days. They checked the tire for me and saw where there was a puncture! They gave me a brand new tire in no time with a great price! Thanks again for wonderful customer service!
