Good dealership. It's a really good dealership. I visited here just for a small issue that I faced for my BMW 328i. They did not have a part at their place, so they had to make me wait for 4 days in order for them to get the part. In the meantime, I was provided with a BMW X2 as a loaner vehicle. This was really awesome of them.

First Time Car Buyer At BMW of Little Rock as soon as you step into the doors you feel as if you???re home. They welcomed me, and by the end of the night I was going home with a car. Everyone involved with me took their time and made the experience unique.

BMW of LR This is an excellent service department. Their shop is cleaner than a hospital surgical suite. Jack Tester , my service advisor is always knowledgeable and gets the job done on time and as promised.

First service on a new bmw x3 We had some problems with the service and had to come back because the engine light was on in the car. However, everyone was very helpful and were willing to take care of it even if they would have to tow my car from my house which is an hour away. Angie, was very helpful and we hope to continue to work with her for future services. Steven was great and very helpful on helping us trade our vehicle. Every time we visit the dealership he greets us and is very friendly.

Oil change First time using BMW Little Rock. The staff welcomed me as I arrived, gave me a time frame on changing my oil and stayed within 15 minutes for time I was quoted. Awesome!
