Service on 2 vehicles Vehicle 1 - I had the service engine light come on and he glove box cover was coming off on my 2014 suv. I was able to obtain an appointment the same week. Vehicle 2 - Recall notice on BMW sedan I received a recall notice on the other vehicle. In both cases I was able to obtain an appointment the same week. They also provided loaner vehicles on both days and I was able to bring the vehicle in before work and return it after work. I had a very short wait when I picked up my vehicle. Jack Tester is the BEST! I recommend Rep Jack Tester to all my friends to ensure the best service experience! He does an awesome job for BMW. Another great service experience! Jack Tester is simply the best! Jack handled servicing my 2011 335i perfectly! I didn't have to worry about a thing and the car was returned in 2 days, which was short considering the work that was to be done. I can't say enough about Jack and how good the service department is at BMW of LR!

Excellent Service I have been working with Jack Tester since I purchased my first BMW almost 14 years ago. Three BMW???s later he still provides the same amazing service. I am very busy in my business and I travel somewhere new every day which makes it hard to get in for service on my X3. Jack makes it work with my schedule every time for 14 years. As long as Jack is at Little Rock BMW I will do all my service there.
