It wasn’t like our visits. It wasn’t friendly like the other visits we made there. We have a problem with the car, almost five thousand dollars of problem and the person taking care of us didn’t offer us any suggestions. This is the longest time we have kept a car. So we were shocked. There is only 18,000 miles the car and we have had it for five years and to be told

I’m sick of the whole service dept. I took my vehicle for service and was told I needed spark plugs. I was told they needed to be ordered and to come pick the vehicle up until the parts were delivered. Once they called and informed me of the arrival of the parts I made an appointment to take the vehicle back. About an hour after I dropped it off I was contacted and told the price would now double because there was a hose that had to be replaced in order to do the job. My experience at this dealership has been the worst. I just moved from New York to Florida. I am a service advisor as well before I moved from New York I work at BMW AS A SERVICE ADVISOR. We did not treat our customer this way. It didn't matter what color you were management took upset customer very seriously. But at FIELDS BMW OF SOUTH OLANDO this dealership they pretty much brush me off. I brought my vehicle in for maintenance and a few concern.
