Dr. Kotlus is a master of his craft! I did heavy research before going in for the undereye filler and he made the process so easy. I developed dark eyebags and he restored my youth within just a few minutes!
After seeing a couple of doctors for cheek filler and mu concerns of cheek creases, I came upon Dr. Kotlus. He really listens, doesn't rush and offers options for the situation you're presenting. Very glad to have found him, he knows what he's doing!
Over a month has passed since I received Restalyne in my tear trough area from Dr. Kotlus. Going into this, despite my fears, I was looking forward to feeling a bit more confident afterwards, but instead I am starting to get depressed about my appearance and wish I had never had the injections. I am beyond happy with my under eye fillers. This procedure is something that I’ve been postponing for a very long time because I was nervous about what could go wrong. I researched a lot and decided that the cannula technique would be best. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr.K to anyone considering cosmetic periorbital work. I had slight tenderness the day after but absolutely no bruising. Thank you again!

Dr. Kotlus did the impossible, he filled in under my eyes and they look normal for the first time in years! I had been to several other doctors and none were able to achieve what he did! FYI, he did not ask for this review, I volunteered to do it because I am so happy with the results!
My experience was outstanding. Dr, Kotlus is the best cosmetic surgeon I have ever met. He is competent and extremely kind and patient. He explains everything and the quality of his work is top notch. In addition, his staff are friendly. I would highly recommend Dr. Kotlus!
Dr Kotlus was absolutely wonderful. He patiently explained how to achieve what I was interested in and gave me more than one option. He fixed a minor problem that another doctor had created by using the wrong filler under my eyes. He also did filler in my lips which I had never done because I was afraid it would look unatural. I’m thrilled with the result! It’s excactly what I wanted! Beautiful and totally natural!
I was worried about getting botox before an important event. I decided to go with Dr. Kotlus due to his good reviews. The results from my botox from Dr. Kotlus are fantastic. Even better than I expected. Office is very clean and relaxing. I will definitely return.
