This was the first doctor (of more than 50 I researched and 5 I met with for a paid, in-person consultation) I felt 100% comfortable moving forward with. He is patient, smart, and his practice focuses on eyes. I felt more than confident I had chosen the right doctor after our first meeting. And my follow ups beforehand secured this for me.
I only have great comments of my experience with Dr. Kotlus, and his staff. Dr. Kotlus did a wonderful job on my eyes. I am thrilled with my appearance now, and love putting on eye makeup. Dr. Kotlus is kind, professional, and skilled in his profession. I highly recommend him for eye surgery. He is a definite 5 star doctor, and I'm so happy that I chose him to perform this most delicate surgery!
I consulted with Dr. Kotlus for filler in my nose. His expertise, delicate touch and knowledge of the symmetry of the face is incredible. I was not swollen or bruised after he injected some Restylane Refyne. His wonderful personality coupled with his extraordinary skills make him a doctor I would certainly recommend

My experience with Dr. Kotlus is amazing!!! I went to Dr. Kotlus and was treated with Restylane for my under eye bag and cheek filler as well as some Botox for brow lifting. I was referred to Dr. Kotlus by a friend whose husband is also an eye surgeon. Upon meeting him his NYC office, I felt instantly comforted. I went in for a consultation about the bags under my eyes which bother me when I see myself smiling in pictures. I learned that unfortunately my particular case did not have an easy/complete solution, but Dr Kotlus was thorough in his explanations as to why. I'm very happy with my face. I would like to thank Dr brett Kotlus who performed facial fat transfer for under eyes area, also for cheeks. Dr kotlus is an amazing doctor, very professional and humble. I am so glad I decided to have my procedures done with him.
