Everyone in the office are very friendly. Dr. Kotlus was very attentive, friendly and extremely gentle. He explained the whole process and made me feel very comfortable. I Got the nose filler treatment and couldn’t be happier with my results. Thank you Very much!!!!
Dr. Kotlus does great work! He is meticulous, has good judgment and is conservative in his approach in that he still wants you to look like yourself, only better! His bedside manner is reassuring. He explains everything in detail and you can really tell he loves what he does. I highly recommend him!

Love love love Dr. Kotlus! He’s incredibly talented and super professional. I had restylane and botox around the eyes and he did an impeccable job! I discovered dr. Kotlus on instagram. I went to talk about options for undereyes. He explained both surgical and non surgical procedures and costs. I went with filler and he did a great job. The whole experience was great, professional and modern. His receptionist is a gem. So nice and patient. They even emailed me about aftercare. 5 stars from me.
I am 48yrs old and have lived with bags under my eyes since I could remember! I also never leave reviews.. I have never done any kind of fillers etc. Dr. Kotlus reassured me results would look natural and today I can't believe the transformation. After reading so many rave reviews of Dr. Kotlus, it was an easy decision to make a consultation appointment about my lifelong eye bags. I wanted Restylane under my genetic under-eye bags for several years but had been hesitant to try it in fear of lumps and all the other problems people have with this area. I went to see Dr. Kotlus for the cannula under eye treatment and I’m very happy with my results so far. The procedure lasted no more than ten minutes. Dr. Kotlus was very professional and explained everything step by step. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to get rid of their “sunken eyes.” Receptionist is awesome. I loved her!!!
