What an amazing visit I had with Dr. Kotlus. I have been procrastinating about doing something to make me look more alive. I had an amazing experience with Dr. Kotlus. I've been to numerous surgeons and dermatologists for filler and botox and he is BEST!!!! He took the time to explain what can and be done and I am thrilled with the results. My eyes look 10 years younger and the botox is perfect...no droopy eyelids or raised eyebrows. I would HIGHLY recommend him!!!!!!

I saw Dr. Kotlus for under eye filler. I had been to several technicians and was never satisfied. Additionally, I was bruised for several months. My experience with Dr. Kotlus was awesome. He successfully corrected what I needed done with absolutely no bruising. I was seen immediately each time I visited the office. I am extremely happy with his service, I highly recommend him and I will continue to use him in the future. He is worth every penny.
Dr. Kotlus is amazing. He’s incredibly talented. His work is subtle and perfect. He takes the time to explain each procedure and what it will do / how it will look afterwards. He sets reasonable expectations and his work is flawless. I was shocked at how reasonable his pricing is, as well. I couldn’t recommend him more highly.

Dr Kotlus was everything my research said he would be. Talented, gentle, artistic, kind, patient, conservative, trustworthy, honest and thorough. First time getting filler under my eyes, in the marionette lines and nasal labial folds and botox around my eyes. I am overjoyed with the results and highly recommend him.
I can’t say enough about Dr. Kotlus and his team. From the moment I arrived the staff was courteous and professional, they put me at ease and kept me well informed. Dr. Kotlus was wonderful, he explained the procedure and what I should expect afterwards. His instructions for pre and post procedure care were clear and concise and made everything simple.
