Doctor KOTLUS is amazing I went to him because about a year ago another doctor did a horrible job with juvederm under my eyes and I have had lumps under my eyes for a year. I was too afraid to go to another doctor but I took a chance and I'm so glad I did. Today doctor kotlus removed the lumps without any pain and within seconds. For the 1st time I finally look like myself. He was wonderful, kind, and took his time with me. Very impressed thank you so much doctor
Hello Dr.Kotlus, Thank you so much for your help. Omg!!! What a wonderful and pleasant Experience. I had spent a few thousand dollars on Filler under my eyes. It left my left eye with a dark pigmentation and lumps under both eyes as well as being over filled with too much filler. My face looked so different I tried to dissolve it but that didn’t work. Did a lot of research about under I eye tear trough fillers and Dr. Kotlus had many positive reviews now I’m going to add mine he was wonderful made me feel very comfortable did a great job had no bruising except for the fillers that went around the sides of my mouth but my but my eyes had absolutely no bruising one eye was better then other due to The doctor not wanting to put any more in where it would make it even worse then when came in The one I looked a little bit better that day than the however after a week both eyes... read more
Great staff! Dr. Kotlus is a perfectionist and really has a good ear and without a doubt a good eye as well! I couldn’t even feel the needle. I would describe his style as conservative, so no worries to look overfilled with him. 5 stars!
Dr. Kotlus was wonderful. I was nervous and he was very easy to talk to. I didn’t feel rushed and he talked me through all of my options without pressing me to do any one solution. He was gentle and I am already very pleased with the results.

I met Dr Kotlus after having done some research on who the top Dr were in upper eyelid surgery . I was looking for someone who wasn’t too old and not too young . Someone who wasn’t so much in pushing to look fake but more natural . Dr Kotlus was everything I expected . Soft spoken , very professional and excellent in what he does.
