I cannot say enough about Dr. Brett Kotlus - he is truly a doctor that can be trusted. He is skilled. Knew exactly what he was doing. I researched and met with several top-rated doctors. Went for under eye filler (and botox for good measure). I decided to wait a couple of weeks to write my review just to see how everything settled (it takes time for mild swelling to go down and see true results). Dr. Kotlus was very informative throughout the entire process. He is not trying to maximize the amount of money he can squeeze out of you and will be honest with you if he thinks you do not need something done. I had a fantastic experience and I love my new look! At every step, Dr. Kotlus was very attentive, friendly, and had professional expertise. I highly recommend him for upper bleph, my results look very natural and fresh. I was very nervous about undergoing the procedure but I'm so glad I decided to go with Dr. Kotlus. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, and Dr. Kotlus was very patient and easy to speak with. I couldn't be happier with how it turned out!
Dr Kotlus is an incredible surgeon. He performed eyelid surgery on me using a new technique which meant that I had no scars on my eyelid at all. I am very happy with the results! His receptionist is also an incredibly beautiful soul and always made me feel extremely welcomed.
Came to Dr. Kotlus after hearing his interview with Peter Attia and loved how amazing his under eye procedures are... Came and love his bedside manner, answers to all my questions and ease of the procedure. Definitely will be a repeat customer!

I am so happy I found this doctor! He is professional, very knowledgeable and detail- oriented. He performed a lower and upper bleph on me this summer and it was definitely worth it. I look a lot more rested now and you can't really tell that I did anything at all (except that the under-eye bags are gone, the lids are no longer drooping and people think I had a good night sleep). Here are before/after photos of the eyes. The large under-eye bags and the drooping eyelids are gone. Will not miss them. I highly recommend upper/lower bleph to anyone and everyone who looks tired and exhausted (even though you may not be necessarily). It is still you, just rested and NOT tired.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Kotlus for almost a decade and have followed him from Michigan to New York for his expertise. After first sharing my dislike for my under eye bags, he explained that surgical removal of the fat pad would be the best, most permanent solution.
