I’ve never had a cosmetic procedure before and wish I did it sooner! Dr Kotlus took the time to answer all of my questions, explained my options thoroughly and realistically. I’ve complained for YEARS about my eyebags and they are finally not the first thing I see when I look in the mirror
I am so happy I found this doctor! He is professional, very knowledgeable and detail- oriented. He performed a lower and upper bleph on me this summer and it was definitely worth it. I look a lot more rested now and you can't really tell that I did anything at all (except that the under-eye bags are gone, the lids are no longer drooping and people think I had a good night sleep). Here are before/after photos of the eyes. The large under-eye bags and the drooping eyelids are gone. Will not miss them. I highly recommend upper/lower bleph to anyone and everyone who looks tired and exhausted (even though you may not be necessarily). It is still you, just rested and NOT tired.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Kotlus for almost a decade and have followed him from Michigan to New York for his expertise. My experience with Dr. Kotlus and his staff has been nothing but outstanding. I had consultations with 4 other Doctors prior to my appointment with Dr. Kotlus. In 2017 I had upper blepharoplasty with a surgeon in NJ. I was not happy with the results. The left eye looked weird to me. I was told it was due to my right eyebrow being too low. So after botox didn't work, on his recommendation, I tried a right unilateral brow lift. That did not take care of the problem. This review is way overdue. Dr. Kotlus performed a lower blepharoplasty to remove my under eye bags almost 7 months ago. I had tried fillers for several years yet was never that happy with results and finally decided to proceed with surgery. I found Dr. Kotlus on Realself and based on others positive reviews booked a consultation. Dr. Kotlus performed a lower blepharoplasty to remove my eye bags and now I look refreshed! It took about 1 week for the bruising to go away and a few weeks for it to heal internally. He did an incredible job. He is the most meticulous, kind, patient doctor I have ever met. I highly recommend him!
My experience with Dr. Kotlus was excellent. I had an upper bleph and I’m super happy with the results. He listened to what I wanted and to my concerns which makes a big difference in delivering a high level of satisfaction. I have a hooded eye shape and wanted to keep it that way.
