We went there last night for dinner and was really disappointed. We ordered 2 beers that tasted stale like the taps were dirty and the waitress brought out the largest size even though we didn't ask for it. We ordered pastrami sandwich which was very small but tasted good. The bbq platter was terrible! Everything was smothered in bbq sauce. We expected some bbq sauce but it was layered on thick so we couldn't even taste the meat. Overall just a bad experience and a waste of money.

The people that work at this place seem to be very preconceived. The bigger lady working at the door at night collecting money does not like black folks and she made it very clear in New Years Eve to my group of friends. I'm very very disappointed in the astablishment.

Worst place to eat. The hostess was rude. Took for to get in and when we finally get in they take our order then tell us they are out of the food we ordered after we wait an hour. Abso ridiculous. we walked out and being we are out of town I just wantws to leave this bad review. Other people were unhappy also
absolutely SUCH disappointing service. whoever the server is in the back on the phone at 5:30 oct 28 is the rudest woman i've ever met in my life. never ever will i come here again and you should save yourself the trouble by avoiding this place

Was seated and not served. Complain to the manager and she stated that during shift change it is normal not to get served for 30 minutes. No apology just poor customer service. It's a nice place to sit, trying to wave down a waitress. Will be not coming back.

Terrible, overpriced food and drinks, $60 for 2 people. Atmosphere and service is decent though. DONT GET THE CHEFS SPECIAL

This place used to have really great food....WHAT HAPPENED??! I got a bacon bbq burger with a salad & it was terrible. Barely anything on it & it was very overcooked & dry. I VERY rarely yelp or post anything to social media, so you know it was bad if I'm on here talking about it. Go somewhere else....Lucky Beaver has amazing burgers & far better drinks. With ALL the many awesome restaurants in Reno now, why would anyone go here? & the waitress never came back to check on us, not once. Very disappointing.

I wrote a review back in September 2022 regarding the decline of the restaurants at "The Row" you will get frozen French fries, a steak burger how vague is that? $30.00 by the way..
