It took 15 minutes to get beers, after being seated. There we're multiple hairs in our pizza which they didn't even apologize for. It was disgusting and dirty. I also didn't receive my receipt for my credit card, so no signature and no tip.

Went here on a Thursday night. It was very busy and quite loud. Felt rushed because the hostess kept coming around and staring at the tables, as if to say, "Hurry up! " My wife's poke tuna was old and not very fresh. The server offered to comp us a glass of wine instead of the bowl, which was odd. My bbq pizza was very dry and bore a striking resemblance to gnawing on sandpaper. We really had high hopes for this place, but eww.

Have lived in Reno for over 20 years. Been to Brew Brothers many times and have enjoyed drinks and food alike. This is our first experience post COVID. What a sad state of affairs! Beer was flat returned and drank water. Burger came out lifted bun and 1/4 burger missing. Poor waiter had no explanation. Returned replacement was good. Shouldn't have to go through this for descent meal. Sorry Will not be returning

Ordered food to be delivered to our hotel room. The process to order was easy and got text message updates on the status of the order. Delivered sooner than originally quoted. The delivery gal was pleasant and cheerful. As far as the food: The nachos were inedible. The chips disintegrated in our mouth without even needing to chew. Gross! $17 down the drain. The taco salad was slightly more edible but barely. My husband gave my son his fish tacos which were meh.The only good decent edible item we ordered was the cheese pizza.... read more

Really noisy very expensive our ceasar said was horrible chips salsa was the highlight . beer was meh not very cold .our salads was buried in Parmigiano dry and thick salad dressing if you got alot of money and want to throw your money away this is your place. Fleecing of america

We decide it's time to eat so we walk to see what sounds good. I wanted a traditional sit down restaurant since we'd been driving all day. I spotted this place with several open tables and only one group of 4 in line. The menu was basic burgers, nachos, etc. So we get in line and the hostesses both completely ignore us. No eye contact, no greeting, nothing - FOR AN HOUR. I had BIG expectations about this establishment. I bought a flight of seven drafts. All were different but they all.had a taste that I couldn't place. Bad. The pizza we got was excellent and above average. Service was ok. I explained about the different beer taste, she said, hey our beer isn't for everyone. Yes, indeed. It is NOT. I also asked if they did flights in chilled glasses, the reply was, no. Had high hopes after reading all the reviews. Went last night at 7pm for dinner. Ordered ribs, burnt ends, Brussel sprouts and a pretzel. Everything came out cold. The burnt ends are not burnt, they are slices of brisket with large pieces of fat on every bite, this might have been ok if it was hot or crispy but eating cold fat is never good. I have been to the Brews Brothers a few other times and had always been pleased with the food and service, but my recent visit was very disappointing. Our waitress was Macy and she did not have more than 10 words to say to us during our entire visit. The busboy was very helpful and friendly, those two should switch jobs- there would be many more returning guests. If a tall grouchy lady is your waitress GET UP AND LEAVE IMMEDIATELY, she will ruin your meal along with your visit to The Silver Legacy. The Brothers deserve muc... read more
