I think it's time to take Brew Brothers off the list which really saddens me. This has long been a go to for our family but both the food and service are lackluster and that coupled with the higher prices no longer make Brew Brothers an appealing option. We stopped in for lunch on Sunday and the restaurant was fairly quiet with no line to be seated. We found seats at the bar and had to wait quite a while to order our drinks. Food is average. Service is horrible. Girls working behind the bar have a combined IQ of 7. And that's being generous. At least pretend that you want to help me.

Walked into the restaurant we wanted to sit at a high top table so I asked Macey the host if we can put 2 tables together she said to me there is a wait and a protocol of how things are done..... keep in mind the restaurant had a ton of empty tables we probably would of spent $500 on drinks and food ....... Went there as a group of 12 Friday night during street vibrations with those three factors we waited a little over 20 minutes so definitely not bad at all. Waters were on the table quickly as were drink orders but refills were never even offered. Mac and cheese was a very small portion. $18 fish and chips only had two medium sized pieces and the pregnant momma who ate them said they were just meh didn't have that yeasty beer flavor she was hoping for. It took 15 minutes to get beers, after being seated. There we're multiple hairs in our pizza which they didn't even apologize for. It was disgusting and dirty. I also didn't receive my receipt for my credit card, so no signature and no tip.

Went here on a Thursday night. It was very busy and quite loud. Felt rushed because the hostess kept coming around and staring at the tables, as if to say, "Hurry up! " My wife's poke tuna was old and not very fresh. The server offered to comp us a glass of wine instead of the bowl, which was odd. My bbq pizza was very dry and bore a striking resemblance to gnawing on sandpaper. We really had high hopes for this place, but eww.

Have lived in Reno for over 20 years. Been to Brew Brothers many times and have enjoyed drinks and food alike. This is our first experience post COVID. What a sad state of affairs! Beer was flat returned and drank water. Burger came out lifted bun and 1/4 burger missing. Poor waiter had no explanation. Returned replacement was good. Shouldn't have to go through this for descent meal. Sorry Will not be returning

Ordered food to be delivered to our hotel room. The process to order was easy and got text message updates on the status of the order. Delivered sooner than originally quoted. The delivery gal was pleasant and cheerful. As far as the food: The nachos were inedible. The chips disintegrated in our mouth without even needing to chew. Gross! $17 down the drain. The taco salad was slightly more edible but barely. My husband gave my son his fish tacos which were meh.The only good decent edible item we ordered was the cheese pizza.... read more

Really noisy very expensive our ceasar said was horrible chips salsa was the highlight . beer was meh not very cold .our salads was buried in Parmigiano dry and thick salad dressing if you got alot of money and want to throw your money away this is your place. Fleecing of america
