I started taking my cats here when I moved into the area on the recommendation of a friend, and they are absolutely fantastic. They remember my cats and me every time we come in, and everyone that works there clearly loves the animals. The doctors are great about laying out your options and helping you decide on a course of action when your pets need treatment for something. I love taking my cats here because I feel like they're just as invested in keeping my cats healthy as I am.

We now take our two cats and dog to Brookfield. The atmosphere is warm, inviting, friendly. Staff has been very helpful and kind. They all have a delightful sense of humor and really seem to CARE about the animals. It is a much more positive experience for our animals than when we used to go to Redwood Animal Hospital which is down the street. Only a few blocks separate these two vet practises yet Brookfield is far superior as far as customer relations, more reasonably priced and we believe the vets are better. Give t... read more

Absolutely love this place. The dog loves vets because they're always excited to see him and play. They always distract him before poking him with the big needles and then give him a treat afterwards. They've always explained everything to me and answer my questions prior to doing anything. After having a bad experience at another vet in the area I was glad to find this place.

The vets here are awesome. They took great care of our dog after an unpleasant neutering experience (see my review of Redwood). The staff is always very friendly and helpful and they take great care to explain what possible options you have when your pet gets sick.

I have been taking my puppy to Brookfield since I got him - about 9 months. My initial visit was awful. When the appointment was over, they told me they were taking him to the back to trim his nails and to get him used to the back in case it was ever needed. They said they do this every appointment. 20 minutes after he had been taken back, I asked what the hold up was and they let me know it's their unofficial policy to let every single staff member pet puppies. I would advise anyone who cares about your pet to avoid this business. They were great several years ago but when they got sold to a big business and got rid of several of their services, they started to go downhill. Now if you want a simple senior check up, they won't tell you what they check for, and when pressed, was told that it was a physical and blood work ( but not what they are checking for in the blood). If there is 0 star，I would definitely pick this . They always charge the bill that they shouldnt be. We have been there for 1 year and finally found another clinic much better than this one. Back to few years ago，the clinic looks like very friendly and popular from the yelp review. However ，they changed the owner before pandemic and a lot of bad reviews came including mine. Been their customer for over 10 years, but past couple years they have absolutely become money minded - doing unnecessary tests, charging exorbitant charges and constantly upselling. I understand theres a business to look after, however, I am not seeing level of care being matched. Now looking for new vet.
