The atmosphere, food, and service were all excellent. We were seated promptly. Our waiter was personable, professional, and efficient. The chicken pot pie was the best I ever had. This is THE place to eat in Times Square.
We enjoyed eating at the Brooklyn Diner, it was right in the heart of the Theater District. Waiter was friendly, courteous and helpful.
Really enjoyed the food and our server was fantastic. Great pre theatre lunch and in the heart of the theatre district.
They have changed the menu but hasn’t been reflected online so there was a bit of disappointment on my behalf. Food was ok, service friendly but a bit slow - forgetting to bring things out with the meal, not bringing menu for dessert.
We thoroughly enjoyed our pre-theatre dinner at the Brooklyn Diner at Times Square!! Excellent location (short walking distance to the show) and we were seatly promptly. Our server, Dan, was wonderful!! Very friendly and took the time to answer all of our questions about the menu! There were so many exciting selections to choose from, it was hard to decide :) and Everything we ordered was delicious!! Next time we’re in NYC, we will definitely return to Brooklyn Diner.
Great service. Had a minor issue with something not cooked the way we prefer it. Our server was not nearby, but another jumped in without being asked. The floor manager made sure it was taken care of. On my list of favorites in New York.
The service was absolutely great, the staff was very kind and enthusiastic. They let us charge our phones, and because it was my dad's birthday, the waiter sang happy birthday and brought free ice cream. I had a cheese burger with bacon and a vanilla milkshake. definitely recommended and not very expensive.
Tres bon ! Service un peu long mais c'est justifié par la qualité des plats visiblement préparés sur place.
Best Reuben anywhere in the city. Hands down. Always have a great experience here and highly recommend.
