Although I go to New York frequently I had never been to the Brooklyn Diner. The service was extremely warm and friendly. The food was excellent and the portions very large. I will definitely go back.

Great pre-theater spot! Welcoming host at the door- friendly and attentive wait staff. Great comfort food diner menu including massive chicken pot pie, hot dogs in a blanket, pastrami sandwiches and classic chicken soup! Nice cocktails, beers on tap and delectable shakes! Desserts large enough to easily share including coconut cake!

We shared the House Special Chicken Pot Pie and it was amazing! We also had the Strawberry Blonde Cheesecake with fudge sauce and it was a great cheesecake texture and flavor!

Best chicken soup ever! Can’t beat the authenticity. A bit pricey but worth the treat.

Second time at Brooklyn Diner. Good food. Ample portions. Great waiters. Right across the street from most Broadway theaters, so great for pro matinee lunch or dinner before the show.

Brooklyn Diner is a good breakfast place right in the heart of Times Square. It's pricey because it's location but you can be in and out with a tasty omelette any day of the week. Can be crowded.
