Service was great, verry efficient and friendly. The whole experience was nothing special just what Ivwould expect from a diner.
Our server, Dimitri, was AMAZING. We walked out of a couple of other restaurants, prior to seating, because of the rudeness of the servers. Dimitri made them a non-entity, with his attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine caring about our dining experience. When we return, it will be because of him.
I had the Tony Bennett French toast. It was SO good. Sunday brunch was very busy, so make a reservation. I was impressed when we changed our reservation at the last minute from 11 to 9:45 and when we got there, we were seated right away, even though they were super busy. It was pricey, though.
Food and service at the Brooklyn Diner are always stellar and that's why I go on a consistent basis. The best hummus anywhere - the stuff of dreams!!
Fun menu. Lots of stuff from childhood. Chicken paillard is delicious!

Classic NY diner and great food, but WAY overpriced for what you get! If I'm gonna pay that much for dinner and a couple drinks, I'd rather go to a fancy restaurant.
Brooklyn Diner never disappoints. Best chicken noodle soup I've ever had, hands down. Bill can get up there pretty quickly, but it is located in Time's Square after all. Great food and drinks.
Breakfast is a must here. The smoked salmon benedict was amazing. Nice dinner with good service and food.
