Breakfast with family from Out of town.
The Brooklyn Diner rarely disappoints. Attentive, friendly service staff, varied (and delicious) American menus for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and post theatre supper. Convenient Times Square location. The Brooklyn Diner has it all!
Enjoyed getting a hot meal as ordered. The food was not only fresh and hot but plentiful Service was very good and not overly attentive. We had a reservation and were seated immediately
This was our first breakfast here. Very good, but not as over the top sizes as the lunch and dessert menu.
This restaurant had a lovely buzzy atmosphere. However our second course was put on the table before we had finished the soup so it felt rather rushed.
One or the other of the two Brooklyn Diners in Manhattan is our 'go to' before seeing a Broadway matinee. We have never been disappointed by the food or with the staff.
French toast was brilliant
Great pastrami and really great noodle kugel. It was Saturday noon and the noise level was excessive.
It was a rainy night and we wanted to be close to the theatre, so Brooklyn Diner was the most convenient. Generally, I agree with most of the reviews I read. The prices are outrageous, but three of us shared one appetizer, one entree, and one side and because the portions are large it actually was enough food. We ordered dishes that were highlighted on the menu as "specialties of the house", and they didn't disappoint.
Brooklyn Diner has a 4.1 star rating with 8,435 reviews.
Brooklyn Diner is closed now. It will open tomorrow at 8:00 a.m.
