Every holiday we visit New York City and The Brooklyn Diner is our go to favorite restaurant. The chicken parm is amazing and the chicken pot pie is enough for 2. My daughter loves the Chicken Soup. Service is always very good.
Excellent food and service. It's best to make a reservation or you may have to wait for a table.
Went there right after some ice skating on Christmas day and warmed up with great food and hot coffee! It really is the "Finer Diner".
The food was good, and the experience pure tourist which was what we wanted. What other reviewers say about the slow kitchen? Spot on. The bar, however, is quick and good.

Service excellent. Food overpriced for what it is.
We loved the service, the people working there and we met a lot of people from out of towners Virginia, Indiana and then some. The decor was beautiful I love the Christmas decor. Management was excellent Our waitress was excellent The food was wonderful My husband had Chicken Parmargiana and I had The Chicken Alfredo pasta with Mushrooms and parmesgan cheese. We really love The Brooklyn Diner, I rate a 10 10 10 plus.
Good for breakfast. The host was very cordial and accommodating. The waiter was pleasant and attentive. Would eat here again.
