Nice Food, excellent service and a great location. A must visit!!
This place is no joke! We dined here prior to a broadway show. They were very accommodating as we arrived prior to our open table reservation and they hurried the check to get us out in time for the show. The hosts and waiter were top-notch and the food was amazing (chicken pot pie, cheeseburger with pastrami, and the pastrami Rueben). This diner is perfect for a meal while visiting Times Square. We are actually contemplating dining there again during our stay in NYC.
Great food. Fast service. Glad to have a reservation on open table because place was packed. Pastrami is fantastic!
We grabbed dinner at the diner after a Kinky Boots matinee. This was my second time and enjoyed the monstrous chicken pot pie ;-) The shakes were great too... and the wait staff continue to impress. It's a little pricey but makes up for it in convenience, service, and location if you are taking in a broadway show. I will definitely return to this diner.
Awesome breakfast..fresh orange juice, classic eggs Benedict with perfect hollandaise, lightly fried and divinely seasoned polenta squares...just the right level of attention from our server...doesn't get much better than this!
We went to the Brooklyn Diner before a matinee for my niece's birthday. She had wanted pancakes but we missed the cut off as they had already started their lunch service. The host was so nice and explained why they couldn't accommodate the request (they already had burgers on the grill) and sent over a delicious warm muffin with cream gratis. Totally unnecessary but so nice of him to do. This is a great place, food was delicious and the staff so nice.
Great location for dinner or lunch before the theater. Small place so reservation recommended. Food was good, usual diner fare but tasty. Service was a little slow but the restaurant was busy.
Wasn't sure what to expect since this place is so close to Times Square. But the food was amazing, our waiter was attentive, and we had a great time. Highly recommend.
We went for breakfast and the food was surprisingly flavorful and delicious. The service was terrific.
