Breakfast for 6. They take reservations which is a big plus. Very good breakfast foods, ample portions and great service in a very pleasant atmosphere. You get what you pay for here.
I have eaten here many times before - breakfast, lunch and dinner. This time was with my wife who came with me to the City for a few days of shopping and shows while I did business. Normally we don't make reservations but by doing so we figured our chances of getting one of the booths in the back of the restaurant would be higher. We did get one of those booths. The food and service was good. Was very warm in the restuarant but had a great view of times square.
We booked last minute on the train into the city and were lucky enough to get pre-theatre show reservations. Food was great - Staff was great - location was perfect. What more could you ask for. Would definitely recommend and eat there again!

Third time at the Brooklyn Diner. Great as always! Pastrami hash was delicious and the serving was large. Noodle kugel with greek yogurt and fruit was filling and homey. Service is always outstanding! Our family enjoyed our breakfast-we will be back again.
The Brooklyn Diner is a dependable mainstay for us when in the area, either the Times Sq. or Columbus Circle locations. Good food, nice ambiance and the prices are ok for Manhattan (not great, but ok) and generally worth it. Service is always excellent as well.
