We were Seated by the men's room. There was a Cleaning odor so strong our eyes were burning by the end of the meal. The service was EXTREMELY slow. The food was OK. We will not be returning and have told others to stay away.
The server was no attentive. Never came back for coffee refill The prices are ridiculous. $12.00 for a bowl of oatmeal. They claim is steel cut. It is not!
Good food but to expensive for hamburgers and sandwiches. Service is okay but nothing special, good location for pre/after theatre
I ordered the vanilla milkshake. It was runny and not good. I had to ask for an extra scoop of ice-cream to thicken it. My daughter's chicken dish was not good. My husband's pot pie was good. The prices for food here are very expensive. We will not be back.
Zum 4. mal da und immer gleich bleibende gute Qualität!
Complete tourist trap and we are tourists. Food was horrible and probably cars are high. I ordered a cheeseburger and was asked how I would like it done. Asked for medical m rare and got it so well done you could use it for a leather belt. My daughter ordered a Caesar salad with grilled chicken. She got what we assume is Chinese chicken salad with grilled chicken. I've never had a Caesar salad with mandarin oranges before. Service was non-existent. We'll never go back.
FOOD JUST OK AND EXPENSIVE FOR 3 OMELETS AND 1 FRENCH TOAST. SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE FOR BRUNCH. After 15 minutes sitting, no coffee or tea, order was taken. waited another 10 minutes and finally had to ask another person to bring coffee ( 1st cup). In morning, coffee or tea should be served even before order is taken. Coffee and omelets for 4 people ---- $105 plus tip. Service should be impeccable.
Service was excellent. Food was over priced (even for Manhattan) and not tasty at all. We also went to Hard Rock Cafe for breakfast during our stay and that was a buffet, but cheaper and much tastier. They made pancakes, waffles, french toast to order and it was included with a buffet that had eggs, bacon, sausage, bagels, fruit.
Turkey in turkey sandwich was not fresh and chewy. Had to pull it all out of the sandwich. Waiter took my mostly full of turkey plate, no questions asked. Probably used to it. Over priced for the quality. Won't be back
