We needed a maintenance check on our heating and air conditioning units but were wondering if that would be a good idea with a virus spreading around. It was. Brower Mechanical provided quick, professional service. Their technician was very knowledgable, nice and polite. He wore a mask, and he went out of his way to make us feel comfortable having him in our home by keeping his distance. We are very happy with Brower Mechanical's exceptional level of service. Mike in Sales explained everything we would be interested in installing very well and gave us a tour of the showroom. He was very friendly and welcoming. We are very happy and we are enjoying our new furnace, air conditioner, whole house fan, and our new windows. Our experience with Brower has been excellent. We have used them three times now and have always been pleased. Our heating and air technician, Jason, has been thorough in examining the units and in explaining why minor repairs were necessary. Coby, who does insulation and duct inspection, was likewise very thorough. This is my 3rd call out for someone to come look at my A/C unit in the past year. I will say that they are very efficient and Mike is a nice guy with great customer service! However, I find it hard to believe that they charge $70.00 dollars to switch back a breaker that was off (which Im skeptical about) My husband knows how to switch back breakers when they are off. Not happy with the outcome of feeling ripped off.

My 5-star review is for Mike H. His level of service is higher than previous technicians and he also gave me info on the type of filter I should be using instead of the reusable ones we've been using for years. Great job, very thorough and professional.

The professionalism from the initial contact with the office staff to the serviceman who installed my generator this company is one of the best and when the county inspector came out he was very impressed with the work that was done and said "I wish everyone did work this clean" would highly recommend to anyone! In the past they have also done HVAC work that was outstanding and also saved me a substantial amount of money.

I would like to thank Brower Mechanical for working on my AC. At times I wanted to call it and replace the system, but Brower recommended to try a few items first. I am glad I followed their recommendations. The last time they worked on my other HVAC system a few years ago, I found Brower employees to be honest and hard working. They are just as honest and hard working today. Ali was courteous and professional and we are now sitting in a nice chilled home again. THANK YOU BROWER!!!

This is an excellent company, with professional staff, outstanding customer service and their work is QUALITY at its best. I have worked with them for 10+ years. I have had Brower do some standard repairs on a 10-year old HVAC and duct system in one house. Then they also serviced a VERY OLD wall heater and window a/c unit in another house for me. We bought a NEST Video doorbell and it was too difficult for us to install, so we read the Yelp reviews and selected Brower Mechanical. Their installer, Mike Mathis, was right on time (8am) and explained all that needed to be done to install the doorbell. Our current doorbell is located on the side of our porch and is not located in the door frame. So, the angle would be different if installed on the side of the house.
